Rachel, the eldest daughter of Ken & Sue Allen of Palo Alto, California, graduated from Utah Valley University in 2010 with a degree in Communications. Rachel is married to David Ryan Dimmick (2011) and they live in South Jordan, Utah. Rachel was formerly married to Brandon Len Mills of Kingston, Utah, now of American Fork. They have three children, Ashly (1996), Megan (1999) and Spencer (2001).
